Cancer – By Elizabeth Rose PIN 7430

The sign of Cancer – who is compatible?

People born under the sign of Cancer do like a lot of attention they are loyal, intelligent and imaginative.

Cancer and Cancer goes together as they are like-minded and both water signs, sometimes even reading each other’s minds.

Cancer and Pisces go well together. Cancer likes the attention and Pisces likes the chase and they are both water signs.

Cancer and Aquarius often go together, sometimes forming a passionate bond.

Cancer and Taurus make a good couple as they are steady and rarely make impulsive decisions and are very happy usually.

Cancer and Aries can sometimes clash. Aries can be rather impatient and lash out – they can get together but many will separate.

Cancer and Gemini is a bit of a no no I am afraid. They tend to clash as Cancers are emotional but Gemini tend to be intellectual. So it is difficult for these signs to understand each other.

Cancer and Leo these two could work but there would have to be a lot of effort on both sides. They both like attention but Cancers don’t like to be controlled.

Cancer and Virgo can work and does seem to get better over a period of time. Virgo likes to fix things and make things better so they are quite compatible.

Cancer and Libra is not a good match at all. Libra tends to act from their heads, not their hearts and Cancer has a problem with that.

Cancer and Scorpio, it works and they make a very good couple in many ways. Their relationship can be fantastic and satisfying.

Cancer and Sagittarius is a very difficult relationship. Maybe they have a crush then they should go their separate ways.

Cancer and Capricorn can be a very strong match. They have the potential to have a happy life together.

Gemini – By Elizabeth Rose PIN 7430

Generally Gemini’s are rather easy going and seem to be quite adaptable.

They tend to be outgoing and sociable and intelligent.

Aries, Leo and Aquarius are considered to be the most compatible.

The least compatible are Pisces and Virgo.

An Aries male is often attracted to a Gemini. However, there are exceptions to every rule, and some Gemini’s can often be attracted to any of the signs.

Gemini’s are very intelligent and express themselves very well so they should be able to tell if they are attracted to each other.

Gemini and Aries are a very good match – they should just fit together and compliment each other. Aries will bring out the passionate side of Gemini and make life more exciting.

Leo and Gemini are well matched and romance is very high spirited and playful. Although Leo’s can try and take control of the relationship.

Aquarius and Gemini. There can be brilliant chemistry with these two signs that is rare to find. It is possible to be both friends and lovers with this one.

Pisces and Gemini. They are not really matches at all, they can have good times but generally the match seems to be very erratic, however, they are occasionally good and at these times it can be a fantastic relationship.

Virgo and Gemini. It really is a battle of wills and there does need to be a lot of give and take in order for the relationship to survive.

Taurus – By Elizabeth Rose PIN 7430

TAURUS – 20 April-20 May

Who is compatible with Taurus?

People born under the sign of Taurus usually like luxury and the finer things in life.

This zodiac sign usually like affection and can be tactile.

They like physical pleasures and material goods sometimes in excess.

They like comfort and peace of mind.

They love food and good wine.

They tend to be generous and loyal down to earth patient and very persistent.

However they can be very stubborn, lazy, self indulgent and also jealous and possessive.

The star signs considered not compatible with Taurus are Leo, and Aquarius.

The most compatible signs with Taurus are Cancer, Virgo, Capricorn and Pisces although there are exceptions of course but as a rule judging by the stars!!!

In marriage or romance they are most likely to part from the Zodiac sign Scorpios, although if they are married to a Gemini, they tend to stay married to a Gemini.

When Taurus meets Cancer

They tend to have a long love affair as it a good combination and they tend to understand each other.

Taurus and Virgo

Can often be a great relationship.

Virgos are organised and tend to have a good sense of humour. They will compliment each other.

Taurus and Pisces tend to work very well – Pisces tend to be dreamy and idealistic but Taurus is more down to earth. They tend to have empathy for each other.

Taurus and Capricorn

This romance seems to be more practical and a friendship partnership. They both like a down to earth logic and are not too interested in the emotional side of a relationship.

Galaxy – The Milky Way – By Elizabeth Rose PIN 7430

The milky way

The Milky Way is known as the galaxy that contains our Solar System.

It gets its name from the hazy light that is seen from Earth.

The stars that are too far away to be individually seen from the Earth produce this light.

It is said that the Milky Way will collide with The Andromeda Galaxy in about five billion years!!!

There are about 200 billion stars in our Galaxy.

It is only the last few years that scientists found that there are others Galaxies they thought that there was only our Galaxy, the Milky Way.

We do not know how many other Galaxies there are out there, but scientists say that there are least 100 billion and that there are probably 200 billion, greater technologies will reveal this over time.

It does have a halo but you cannot see it.

It is very dusty and it a gassy Galaxy.

There is a black hole in the Centre of the Galaxy.

It is also supposed to be as old as the Universe itself.

The Milky Way is constantly moving it does not stay still.

It moves an astounding 1.5 million miles per hour.

The Solar System lies about 30,000 light-years from the Centre of the Galaxy and about 20 light-years above the plane of the Galaxy.

The plane is the plane on which most of a disk-shaped mass lies in the Galaxy.

The plane

Galileo Galilei discovered the Milky Way in 1610 when looking through a telescope.

The ruling plants of Pisces by Elizabeth Rose PIN 7430

The controlling Planets of Pisces – 19 February-20th March,

There are two planets ruling Pisces – Neptune and Jupiter.

When Neptune is in Pisces we can expect major changes.

Those under the sign of Pisces can sometimes have a spiritual awakening.

They may be already psychic or begin to experience the spiritual side of life.

They may be dreaming and day dreaming more than usual and find it difficult to get going.

Neptune takes 165 year to circle the Zodiac and orbit the sun.

Neptune according to Roman Mythology is the Roman God of the Sea.

The planet was discovered by Jean Joseph Le Verrier.

Neptune is the eighth planet from the Sun and the furthest away.

In the solar system it has the fourth-largest diameter of other planets.

Neptune is 4.495 billion km form the Sun.

It has the second largest gravity in the solar system.

Its Radius is 24,622 km.

It has 14 moons which all have names

Voyager 2 sent to Neptune found that on the southern hemisphere was a large dark storm and this was named as Great Dark Spot.

The dark blue colour and bright white features of Neptune help to distinguish it from Uranus.

The cirrus white clouds actually contain methane ice.

Focus on Aquarius incorporating Uranus and Saturn – By Elizabeth Rose PIN 7430

Uranus Saturn

Those that have Uranus in Aquarius tend to have a good intuition and have amazing ideas.

They make loyal friends and like to help those in need.

A lot can have an aptitude for mechanical skills.

They can be a bit erratic and people can take advantage of them.

They seem to be popular wherever they go.

About Uranus.

It was discovered 1781 by a man called Sir William Herschel. At first he thought it was a comet as it is too dim to be seen with the naked eye. However, several years later it was confirmed as a planet.

Uranus takes 17 hours and 14 minutes to turn on its axis.

It takes a long time to go around the Sun – 84 years in fact!

Uranus has the coldest weather and coldest temperatures of any of the planets.

It is often called the Ice Giant.

It is estimated to be the seventh planet from the Sun

It has the fourth largest planetary mass in the Solar System.

Its composition is said to be very similar to Neptune.

It has a Radius of 25,362 km.

It is 2.871 billion km from the Sun.

It has 27 moons in various sizes all of which have names.

It has no solid surface.

It is known as a gas giant, but does differ in composition from Jupiter and Saturn.

It has a hydrogen layer and helium is mixed in.

Below it has rock and an ice core.

The minimum atmospheric temperature is -224c.

Saturn Rules Capricorn – By Elizabeth Rose PIN 7430

Saturn

Saturn rules Capricorn

According to Roman Mythology Saturn was the father of Jupiter, who was king of the gods.

Those who have Saturn in Capricorn have a great love of power and have the tendency to dominate others.

They must learn to control it and learn about humility and use it in a good way to help others rather than to dominate.

You can actually see Saturn with the naked eye.

It is said that Saturn is the sixth planet from the sun.

It is best known for its fabulous ring system.

Saturn is the flattest planet.

Its upper atmosphere is divided into bands of clouds.

It is a gas giant and consists of hydrogen helium and methane amongst other gases.

The top layers are mostly ammonia ice.

It has oval shaped storms.

Saturn orbits the sun once every 29.4 Earth years.

It is 95 times more massive than Earth.

It is the second largest planet in the solar system.

It was first recorded in the 8th century BC.

It has a hurricane like storm over the South Pole.

Focus on Sagittarius incorporating Jupiter – By Elizabeth Rose PIN 7430

Sag Jupiter

Jupiter is the ruling planet of the zodiac sign of Sagittarius.

It is one of the brightest objects in the sky and can be seen with the naked eye.

The Romans named it after one of their gods.

It is said to bring feelings of positiveness and optimism if in your sign.

It is the fifth planet from the sun and is absolutely huge – it is, in fact, the largest planet in the Solar System.

Jupiter has the shortest day of all the planets – it orbits the sun only every 11.8 earth years.

It has unique cloud features.

It has a radius of 69.911 km.

It is 778.5 million km from the sun.

It is a very windy planet.

It is known for the giant red spot, which is a spinning storm like a hurricane and is three and a half times the diameter of Earth.

The planet has a small rocky core – the mass ten times less than the Earth’s.

It is surrounded by dense liquid hydrogen that is ninety per cent of its diameter.

One year on Jupiter is twelve years on Earth.

It spins at 28,273 miles per hour, which is almost 28 times the speed of the Earth.

Jupiter has four sets of rings.

Sixty-seven moons surround Jupiter

Nine missions have visited Jupiter over the years.

Focus on Scorpio incorporating Mars and Pluto – By Elizabeth Rose PIN 7430

scorpio mars

SCORPIO

Ruling Planet Mars and Pluto

Scorpio is apparently ruled by to planets Mars and Pluto.

Pluto was names after the Greek God and is one third water.

Mars also rules Aries.

Mars is a fiery planet and when is strong in your sign can be an indication of a fiery temper but can also indicate courage as well.

Pluto ruled Scorpio and was considered a planet but around 1930 it was found to be a dwarf planet and in 2006 was graded as a dwarf planet and Mars was then considered to rule Scorpio hence the reason some Astrologers feel Scorpio is ruled by Mars and Pluto.

Pluto is the second largest dwarf planet and is the second closest dwarf planet to the Sun.

In the past it was considered the ninth planet of the solar system.

Mars is known as the red planet this colour is caused by the iron oxide on the surface of the planet in its soil.

It is the fourth planet from the Sun and the second-smallest planet in the Solar System after Mercury.

The Romans named the planet after their god of war.

It has a thin atmosphere and is mostly composed of carbon dioxide.

The planet is one-sixth the size of Earth and estimated to be over 142 million miles from the sun.

It takes 24 hours, 37 mins and 22 seconds to rotate once on its axis hence this is a Mars day.

Mars does take twice the time the Earth takes to complete a full revolution around the sun.

It has its own weather pattern having seasonal changes and has polar ice caps.

On Mars the temperature is on average minus 80 degrees Fahrenheit. In winter near the poles it can go down to minus 195 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Earth has 21 per cent of oxygen Mars only has 0.13 per cent. It has 95.3 per cent of the gas carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

There is also nitrogen and argon and small amounts of water and methane.

Mars has the tallest mountain in the solar system called Olympus Mons. It s more than 21 km high and is about three times taller than Mount Everest and is more than 600 km in diameter.

Because of less gravity you would weigh less than twice your weight on Mars.

As the oxygen is so thin you would not be able to breath on Mars without a spacesuit and an oxygen cylinder.

The month of March is derived from the name Mars.

The first aircraft to reach Mars took 228 days to get there.

Mars can be spotted by the naked eye if conditions are right due to its reddish colour.

Focus on Libra incorporating Venus – By Elizabeth Rose Pin 7430

The Planet Venus also rules Libra as well as Taurus.

The position of Venus when you are born will affect you and your expression of love with others in your future. It will show how you express love for others and the things that you will love and take pleasure in.

Venus in Libra it means that you are fairly easy going and usually on the ball with good communication skills. You will be a fair person and like dressing up.

Some famous people who have Venus as their ruling sign were:

Pablo Picasso

Prince Charles

Sean Connery

Richard Gere

They usually have sparkling personalities and a zest for life with drive and ambition.

They like to feel free and not constricted in their lives.

They tend to be true romantics and make loving partners and enjoy a calm atmosphere. They tend to be passionate in the bedroom!! They also like luxury.

They have a style of their own and are able to put people at ease and can be quite witty and quick of the mark mentally.

The Planet Venus was named after the Roman goddess of love, probably because it shines so much and stands out in the night sky.

It is the only Planet that is named after a female.

Venus is the second planet from the Sun and is the second brightest in the sky after the Moon.

It orbits the Sun every 224,7 Earth days compared to the Earth’s 365 days.

Venus has the longest rotation period of any planet in the Solar System and it rotates in the opposite direction to most other planets too.

It does not have any natural satellites.

It is the second largest terrestrial planet and some people refer to it as the Earth’s sister planet as they have a similar size and mass.

It is 108.2 million km from the Sun.

It has 460.2 million km surface area.

The thick clouds on Venus reflect most of the sunlight that reaches it back into space, that is why it is so bright and because it is the brightest it can be seen by the naked eye often a few hours after sunset or before sunrise.

Venus has a central iron core and rocky mantle; it is a similar composition to the Earth. However its atmosphere is 96 per cent carbon dioxide and 3 per cent nitrogen and other gases.

It was formed approximately 4.6 billion years ago, when the solar system was a cloud of dusts and gases.

The inner core formed first like the Earth and then other elements formed a crust over the years.

The surface of Venus has its own unique geology and has large meteor craters, volcanoes, erosion’s and also some sedimentation land forms. However these have been smoothed somewhat by lava flows and by the corrosive atmosphere.

In Astrology, Venus rules Taurus which brings love, friendship and all the things that make life worthwhile.
